A plot of land at the edge of a big city is under dispute. Some want to grow organic food there, while some would like to see some industry that can provide jobs to people from the surroundings.

What if a rich philanthropist buys out the plot of land due to its peaceful setting at the edge of the busy city and decides to make it available just for the schools in the area?

Emerging frictions

The community of farmers working the land have to move elsewhere. The municipality cannot build the factory they wanted. The schools realise they don't have the skills or the time to take care of the land properly due to the current curriculum. People from the neighbourhood start protesting asking they are allowed to maintain the land and grow food. The whole neighbourhood turns into a food forrest.
